Chicken Farmers of Saskatchewan has a five member board, which is elected by licensed chicken farmers. The Board sets the strategic direction, policies, volume and negotiates a minimum live price for Saskatchewan chicken with industry partners. The directors serve a number of roles on the Board which includes representation at Farm and Food Care Saskatchewan and nationally with the Chicken Farmers of Canada.
