A curated showcase connecting researchers from the Department of Food & Bioproduct sciences at the University of Saskatchewan with industry leaders, in collaboration with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture.
The event will feature Demonstrations of university-led research, emerging technologies and products for the value-added agriculture sector, and a lunch featuring the Brisket Bros.

- Opportunity to connect and discuss potential collaborations with researchers
