The Science of Breadmaking

Join Sara Lui, a food scientist from the Saskatchewan Food Development Centre for a bread making demonstration!

Sara will explain how yeast and gluten work their magic (science!) to make a delicious loaf of bread.

​Viewers will also take a behind-the-scenes peek at how wheat is grown and have the chance to win some cool prizes.
