What if the future of food was designed for space… and perfected for Earth?
A few years ago, Maia Farms and Lomi teamed up on a NASA‑led project to rethink food in space—using fungi‑based protein and smart waste transformation to create sustainable solutions. Now, those same ideas are shaping the future of food here on Earth.

Join us to see how two Canadian innovators, Jeremy Lang (Lomi) & Gavin Schneider (Maia Farms), are turning big, bold ideas into real‑world impact—and proving that innovation can go out of this world.
In-Person Tickets: $10 +tax
*includes light food & beverages
Virtual Tickets: $5 +tax
