Katrina Finke

Katrina grew up in rural Saskatchewan and has built a career spanning more than 20 years in operations, procurement, and project management within full-service and agri-food marketing agencies across Saskatchewan and Alberta. Her experience includes roles ranging from Media Buyer, Producer, Senior Project Manager to Director of Operations, where she developed a passion for building efficient systems, leading teams, and delivering complex projects successfully.
A strong advocate for Saskatchewan agriculture, Katrina is deeply involved in the agricultural community. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Canada’s Outstanding Young Farmers (COYF) Program and now serves as the organization’s National Program Manager. She is also the Saskatchewan Provincial Lead for the Canadian Agri-food Marketers Alliance (CAMA). Through these roles, she supports leadership development, industry collaboration, and stronger connections across Canada’s agri-food sector.
Katrina is passionate about bringing people together, solving challenges, and supporting organizations that help agriculture thrive. She values authenticity, collaboration, and continuous learning, and believes meaningful relationships are the foundation of both personal and professional success. She is proud to contribute her operational expertise and industry perspective to advancing agricultural innovation and growth across Canada.
When she’s not working, Katrina enjoys spending time with family and friends.
