Jennifer Milo began her career in the agricultural chemical industry in 1993 with heritage organizations of Bayer CropScience. Following her tenure at Bayer, Jennifer transitioned to independent ag retail, where she broadened her industry perspective and provided business leadership across eight distinct business units in various stages of start-up. In her current role at FCC, Jennifer applies her scientific background and corporate experience to enable sustainability adoption in the agriculture and agri-food sector. She is committed to introducing practical sustainability initiatives that foster innovation, efficiency, and adaptability in a changing landscape.
She is highly experienced in building infrastructure, establishing processes, and ensuring compliance to drive both safety and productivity. Her deep understanding of agricultural operations, regulatory frameworks, and environmental challenges positions her as a trusted leader in the industry. She has represented Bayer CropScience on the CropLife Canada Environmental Subcommittee and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Ag-West Bio and ABIC.
