Indigenous Voices in Science ​Panel Discussion

Join Genome Prairie and moderator, Blaine Chartrand (Program Head, Saskatchewan Polytechnic BioScience Technology Program), for a panel discussion with accomplished indigenous individuals in science, who will share their experiences and achievements in science from an indigenous perspective. Panelists include Gord Munroe, Amber Thomas, Dawn Pratt, Dr. Kyle Bobiwash, and Mike Cey.

The event is intended to provide attendees with a greater understanding of the challenges that many indigenous researchers and scientists face in their academic and professional careers and to celebrate their achievements in science.

This is a free, hybrid event. Lunch will be served for in-person attendants.
