Healthy Foods & Ingredients: Surveying the Canadian Consumer

STEP and Ag-West Bio have organized a lunch seminar for companies to hear the results of a survey exploring Canadian consumer perceptions of healthy foods and ingredients. The survey, commissioned by Ag-West Bio and conducted by Ipsos-Reid, builds on a previous baseline survey conducted in 2013. The survey, which is unique in Canada, breaks down the results by province and sheds valuable light on consumers in each
region of Canada.

Areas of interest explored in the survey and that will be discussed at this event include:
