Ag-West Bio forms a bridge between research and development institutions and industry, government policy makers and regulators, the general public and the bio-based economy. We link knowledge and investment with science and enterprise in the development of products that satisfy market needs.
Economic growth and investment
We provide direct investment and help in locating matching grants and investments for start-ups or expanding companies. Our funding supports promising technologies at the early stages of development presenting too great a risk for private capital sources.
Direct investments range from $50,000 to $300,000, and are targeted to research and development projects where a clear pathway to commercialization can be shown.
